No cookies, no analytics, no accounts, no tracking, and nothing sold. The plain, honest account of what happens to data on kineloop.com.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
The short version
This is a static marketing site. We do not use cookies, analytics, or trackers, and we have no accounts or forms. The only data that exists is standard server logs kept by our host, plus any email you choose to send us. We never sell your data. This box is a summary for convenience; the full policy below is what applies.
This Privacy Policy explains how Kineloop, an independent AI product studio, handles information in connection with kineloop.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. It does not cover Kineloop’s products, which are separate software governed by their own repository licenses and any terms provided with them. The Site is a static marketing and informational site: there are no accounts, no logins, and no forms. The only way to interact with us here is to send an email.
Because the Site is static and form-free, we collect very little. There are only two ways any information reaches us:
We want to be explicit about the things this Site does not do, because many privacy policies exist to describe exactly these mechanisms and we use none of them:
Like nearly every website, the Site is served by a hosting provider that automatically logs standard request information: your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the page requested, the referring page, and a timestamp. An IP address can be considered personal data under some laws, so we disclose this plainly. We use these logs only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. We do not use them to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.
We do not set cookies on this Site. We use no analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking technologies of any kind. If our hosting provider ever sets a strictly necessary cookie for security or load balancing, it would be limited to keeping the Site running and never used to track you across other sites.
We use the little information we have for narrow, obvious purposes only. Email you send us is used to read and reply to your message. Server logs are used to keep the Site online, secure, and working. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process information on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the Site secure and operational (server logs), and, where you email us, to respond to and act on the request you have initiated. We do not carry out large-scale or sensitive processing on this Site.
We do not sell or share your personal information. The only third party that processes any data on our behalf is our hosting and email provider, which handles server logs and email delivery so the Site can function. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. That is the complete list.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short, provider-standard period and then rotated and deleted; we do not keep our own long-term copy. Emails you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your message and for a reasonable record of the conversation, and then deleted. We avoid quoting exact day counts we cannot guarantee.
The Site is served over HTTPS. Because we operate no accounts and collect almost no data, there is very little to expose. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable care we cannot promise absolute security.
Kineloop and its hosting are based in the United States. If you visit or email us from outside the United States, the limited information described here is processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such processing.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Under the GDPR these include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. Under the California CCPA and CPRA these include the right to know, delete, and correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because we hold so little data, some requests may be limited simply by how little there is to act on. To make any request, email us at the address below.
We do not track visitors across websites, so a browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal requires no change in our behavior. In effect, we honor it by default.
The Site is intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to third-party destinations such as our GitHub organization, individual product repositories, and product sites. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy practices rather than ours. We are not responsible for those sites and suggest reviewing the policy of any site you visit.
Kineloop is a small, independent studio and this Site evolves. If our practices change, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated policy applies.
Kineloop is the party responsible for this Site and for the limited information described here. For any privacy question or request, or anything you have emailed us about, reach us at:
