This is a free, informational marketing site with no accounts and no payments. Use it lawfully, do not attack or copy it, and understand it is provided as is with no warranties. Our open-source products are governed by their own licenses, not by this page. This box is a summary for convenience; the full terms below are what apply.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of kineloop.com (the "Site"), operated by Kineloop, an independent AI product studio ("Kineloop", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Kineloop is a small studio, so these Terms are written to be plain and honest rather than a wall of boilerplate.
2. Description of the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing website about Kineloop and its products. It offers no user accounts, no logins, no payments, and no interactive services. The only way to interact with us through the Site is to contact us by email. Product statuses shown here, such as beta, private preview, or in design, are honest snapshots at the time of writing and can change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a guarantee of availability, or professional advice.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general and professional audience and for users who are at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK). By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape or harvest the Site abusively, or in a way that burdens its operation.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Site, or copy it wholesale and present it as your own.
- Use the Site to mislead others about who you are or your relationship to Kineloop.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
The text, design, layout, and the Kineloop name and mark on the Site belong to Kineloop, except for third-party names shown honestly as the technologies our products run on, which belong to their respective owners. You may view the Site for personal, informational use, and link to it or quote small parts with attribution. All other rights are reserved.
Our open-source products live in their own repositories under their own licenses, such as MIT. Where a product has its own license, that license, not these Terms, governs the product code. Descriptions on the Site do not grant you any rights to a product beyond what its own license provides.
6. Third-party links and content
The Site links to external destinations such as GitHub, individual product sites, and the technologies our products use. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
7. Contacting us by email
The Site has no accounts or content-submission features. If you email us, you are choosing to send us your message, and you grant us permission to read it and respond. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information by email, and do not send anything you do not have the right to share.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error free, and it may change or go offline at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kineloop and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or anything you find or follow from it. You use the Site at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Kineloop harmless from any claims or costs arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms. This is standard and reflects simple fairness for a free, informational site.
11. Governing law and disputes
Kineloop is based in the United States, and these Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Because Kineloop is a small, independent studio and not yet incorporated, no specific court or jurisdiction is designated here; if that changes, this section will be updated. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us by email first so we can try to resolve it informally, which is almost always the fastest path.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the studio and Site evolve. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated Terms apply.
13. Modification of the Site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, or restrict access to it, at any time and without notice. The Site is offered for free and we are under no obligation to keep any particular content or feature available.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Kineloop regarding your use of the Site, and they replace any earlier understanding on that subject.
